We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. The Orbiter is a heavy machine on a single pad, and the bumper is the ring around its base that keeps it from marking everything it touches. This is the replacement, Oreck part 430001305, also catalogued as 53154-01-460.

Bumpers take a beating along baseboards and table legs. They crack, split at the join, or go missing entirely, and after that it is bare plastic against painted trim and furniture. On a machine that tracks itself across a floor, that shows up quickly.

It fits the Oreck Orbiter shampooer and polisher range: the ORB300, ORB400 and ORB480, the ORB550MC, ORB555MC, ORB556MC and ORB557MC, and the smokey translucent ORB700 and ORB700MB. Fit it before the machine goes into a room with painted trim, not after.
