We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. The Oreck PRO 12 grooved belt (Part #59-3323-04) is a replacement drive belt that connects the clutch assembly to the brush roller on the PRO 12 commercial vacuum. The grooved design meshes with the drive to prevent the slipping that flat belts suffer under heavy commercial use. That connection is what keeps the brush roller spinning at full speed.

When this belt stretches or breaks, the brush roller stops turning and the machine only pushes dirt around instead of picking it up. A slipping belt also robs the roller of the speed it needs to agitate carpet. A fresh grooved belt restores proper clutch-to-roller drive.
