We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. The genuine Oreck rear wheel (Part #83027-01) fits the LW100 and LW1500RS Magnesium uprights as well as the UK30500. This wheel carries the back of the machine and lets it roll and pivot smoothly during cleaning passes.

A wheel that is cracked, chipped, or worn out of round makes the vacuum drag, wobble, or catch on hard floors, and a broken hub can mar baseboards and finished surfaces. A fresh wheel returns easy maneuverability and steady tracking.
