Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This genuine Oreck on/off switch restores power control across the XL2000 and U2000 series uprights. Wired into the machine's control circuit, it starts and stops the motor and is one of the most common parts to fail on these vacuums.

A faulty switch leaves the vacuum unable to turn on, shutting off on its own, or unresponsive to the control. Fitting the correct switch returns dependable, positive power control.
