Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. A 35-foot, three-wire 120V cord for the Oreck U2000-series commercial uprights, part 430000948, which Oreck also sold as 75956-01-441. It is listed for the U2000R, U2000R-1, U2000RB, U2000RB-1, U2000RB2L-1 and the U2000EB Restaurateur.

Length is the whole point of it. Thirty-five feet covers a dining room or a corridor from a single outlet, which is the difference between cleaning a floor and hunting for sockets halfway through. It is also the first part of a commercial machine to be destroyed: run over, yanked out at the plug, and coiled tight while still warm.

Cuts in the jacket, a plug that has gone loose in its molding, or power that comes and goes when the cord is moved all mean it is finished. Unplug the machine before fitting the new one and reuse the original routing.
