    We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

    Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer.     Returns & Exchanges

    Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

    Return eligibility

    Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

    Shipping and refunds

    For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

    This serpentine drive belt (Part #74070-02) is the correct replacement for the Oreck U8000 upright vacuum. Its multi-rib serpentine profile mates precisely with the motor pulley and brushroll, gripping firmly to spin the agitator at full speed and pull embedded dirt and pet hair out of carpet fibers.

    The serpentine design provides far more contact surface than a round belt, so it resists slipping and stretching even under load. Over time any vacuum belt wears, glazes, or stretches, causing the brushroll to slow or stop. Replacing it is the quickest fix to restore lost agitation and pickup.
