    We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

    Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer.     Returns & Exchanges

    Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

    Return eligibility

    Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

    Shipping and refunds

    For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

    This Oreck XL cord hook is the storage hook used to wrap and secure the power cord on Oreck XL upright vacuums. After years of looping the cord around it, the original hook can loosen, crack, or break; this replacement returns neat, dependable cord storage to your machine.

    Genuine to the Oreck XL design, the hook mounts to the existing point on the vacuum body so the cord stays tidy and out of the way during use and storage. A secure cord hook also helps prevent the lead from being stepped on or caught underfoot, protecting the cord from premature damage.
