We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This is a genuine connector assembly for the Oreck XL21 upright vacuum. The connector assembly joins sections of the vacuum's air pathway, linking the tube or hose components so air and debris flow through to the suction system without leaking at the joint.

Because the connector is a stress point that gets handled and flexed during use, the plastic can crack and the fit can loosen over time. A failing connector lets air escape and lets the joined parts separate, both of which cut suction and pickup. This factory replacement assembly restores a secure, sealed connection on the XL21.
