Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

AC98EDRHZ000 is a replacement on/off power switch for the Panasonic MC-UL671 and MC-UL675 upright vacuums. It carries current to the motor and is the switch you operate to start and stop the machine.
Switches wear internally before they fail outright. A machine that needs the button pressed hard or several times to start, one that cuts out mid-clean, or one where the button no longer feels positive under your thumb are all typical signs that the contacts inside the switch have worn down.
