Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This two-pack of Panasonic UB8 flat belts (Part #60-3114-04) supplies replacement drive belts for Panasonic 5700 and 6000 series upright vacuums. The belt turns the brush roll from the motor shaft to agitate carpet.

If a 5700 or 6000 series vacuum has stopped pulling pet hair and debris from carpet, a stretched belt that no longer grips the motor shaft is the most likely cause. A slipping belt lets the brush roll slow or stall while the motor still runs. Fresh belts restore full agitation in minutes.
