We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. These are U-12 style paper bags, part 190, for Panasonic uprights, also sold as the Kenmore Type Z bag, three to a pack. Panasonic's own listing carries this bag against the GG523 and against the MC-UG773 and MC-UG775 uprights.
A U-12 bag that has taken on a full load of debris cuts airflow well before it looks packed, and the vacuum starts to lose pickup along carpet edges first. Because the bag also does the machine's filtering, a torn or overfull bag lets fine dust bypass the paper and travel further into the machine than it should. Fitting a fresh bag from this pack restores the sealed path air needs to move through.

Match the bag type printed on your current bag, or your machine's model plate, against the GG523, MC-UG773 and MC-UG775 before ordering. A bag of the wrong type can often be pushed onto a mount it was not made for, and it will then either fail to seal or tear once the machine is running, so the type matters as much as the rough size does here.
