Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. The HEPA-Flo paper bags in this 10-pack fit the NaceCare HX14 upright vacuum. Their multi-layer HEPA media traps fine dust and fine particulate while the bag serves as the machine's primary filter and dust store.

Once a bag approaches capacity, packed debris restricts airflow and the motor works harder for weaker pickup, and an overfilled bag can leak dust back through the exhaust. A fresh HEPA-Flo bag reopens airflow and returns the machine to clean, high-filtration operation.
