Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. These replacement paper bags fit the Oreck Quest straight-suction canister vacuum and ship as a 12-pack (Part #764), also cataloged as part #PK12MC1000. Each bag uses micro-filtration media that captures finer dust than standard single-ply paper.

As a bag fills, airflow drops and fine particles begin slipping past a loose or overfull bag back into the room. Running fresh bags keeps suction strong and holds allergens and dust inside the media where they belong.
