Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Product details

These replacement paper bags fit the Panasonic MC-3900 canister vacuum, use the C-13 bag style, and ship as a 5-pack (Part #818). Each bag seals to the inlet and captures dust and debris as air passes through the media.

When a bag fills toward capacity, airflow narrows and the motor works harder, while a torn bag lets fine dust bypass the filtration. A fresh bag restores proper airflow, protects the motor, and keeps suction strong.

  • Fits: Panasonic MC-3900 canister (C-13 bags)
  • Quantity: 5 bags per pack
  • Tip: Replace the bag at about two-thirds full to prevent suction loss and motor strain

Seat each bag on the inlet collar until it seals before closing the canister. Confirm your model takes C-13 bags before ordering so the collar matches your machine.
