This compatible replacement handle-release pedal fits the Riccar 7700 upright. Pressing the pedal unlocks the handle so it can recline, letting you guide the vacuum under beds, tables, and other low furniture. The foot pedal sees heavy, repeated use every time the machine is tilted back.
Because it is worked so often, the pedal can crack or break over time, and a broken one locks the handle upright and limits where you can clean. A fresh pedal restores the full range of handle motion so low and hard-to-reach spots stay within reach. It is a quick fix for a common wear point.
