    Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

    Shipping and refunds

    For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

    This is the replacement power board for the Perfect PP4 backpack vacuum cleaner. The power board carries the line voltage and on/off switching for the motor, acting as the electrical hub between the cord and the vacuum's motor circuit. This version is the variant that does not include the recessed plug for power nozzles, suited to PP4 units run with standard non-powered tools.

    Part #SW4020 is the correct service replacement when the original board's switching fails, contacts burn, or the machine no longer powers up reliably. Choosing the matching non-power-nozzle board ensures the connector layout lines up with your PP4 wiring.
