    Returns & Exchanges

    Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

    Return eligibility

    Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

    Shipping and refunds

    For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

    This black 8-foot wet/dry hose assembly is a complete replacement for the Perfect BY782 and BF580 wet/dry vacuums. Measuring 8' long with a 1-1/2" (38mm) diameter, it delivers strong airflow for both liquid pickup and dry debris, and its durable construction stands up to the moisture and grit of wet/dry work.

    A split or clogged hose drops suction fast on a wet/dry machine, especially when recovering water. This ready-to-use assembly comes with the correct end cuffs already fitted, so it connects straight into the BY782 or BF580 inlet and accepts standard 1-1/2" wands and tools.
