Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Product details

Two-piece plastic cord stop for the Perfect C103 canister vacuum, Part #PC32. The cord stop clamps onto the power cord at the cord reel so the cord cannot rewind fully back into the machine, holding the plug end at a usable length and preventing the cord from whipping into the housing during retraction.

This 2-piece set also fits the Clean Obsessed CO763 and CO888 canisters, which use the same cord reel design.
