    Returns & Exchanges

    Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

    Return eligibility

    Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

    Shipping and refunds

    For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

    The Perfect AT-4872 central vacuum power nozzle kit pairs an electric power nozzle with a 30-foot crush-proof hose wired pigtail style, where a short corded plug near the handle draws power from a standard wall receptacle rather than from the inlet valve itself.

    The pigtail wiring style is the right choice for older or simpler central vacuum installations where the wall inlets were never fitted with power-carrying contacts, since the nozzle still gets its current from a nearby outlet rather than needing the inlet itself rewired. The motorized brushroll on the power nozzle does the carpet agitation that plain suction cannot, lifting ground-in grit that would otherwise stay trapped in the pile.

    Before ordering, plug in near your central vacuum inlets to make sure a standard outlet is within reach of the pigtail cord's length, since this kit will not power the nozzle if no outlet is close enough to the valve you plan to use. Keep the crush-proof hose from kinking sharply around tight corners during storage, since a permanent kink can restrict airflow even after the hose is straightened back out for the next cleaning session.
