Shipping Information

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

These are Eureka Style MM pattern bags, nine to a pack in micro-filtration paper. MM names a bag shape and collar rather than a single machine: Sanitaire, the commercial line that shares the Eureka MM bag standard, publishes its own MM bags as fitting the Eureka Mighty Mite 3670 and 3680 canisters, and its premium MM bag as fitting the Sanitaire SC3683, SC3687 and SL3681.

The filtration is micro-lined paper rather than a HEPA-rated synthetic: five layers of filtering paper built to hold more fine dust than a plain single-ply bag while still passing enough air to keep suction up as the bag fills. That is a step above basic paper without the cost or the sealed construction of a true HEPA bag, and this bag carries no HEPA rating and no micron figure.
