Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This HEPA bag is sold for three canister vacuums: the Vapamore MR-500, the Cirrus VC439 and the Johnny Vac XV10. Nine bags per pack, part VAC35.

The XV10 and the VC439 are closely related machines rather than a coincidence of size. Johnny Vac's own parts catalogue lists single service parts against both names, including the cord winder and the motor filter support cage, so a consumable cut for one bag chamber is expected to serve the other. Beyond that there is no published construction detail for this bag, so no layer count and no micron figure is claimed here. What the listing states is HEPA-grade media, built to hold fine dust and allergens rather than pass them on to the motor and the exhaust.
