Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The Perfect P102 is a 16-inch commercial upright built around an 8.5-amp, 870-watt motor, enough to move air across a wide cleaning path for daily use in offices, schools, and other high-traffic commercial floors rather than a typical home living room.

Instead of a disposable paper bag, the P102 uses an SMS-lined ShakeOut cloth bag: you empty it by shaking the collected debris out rather than replacing a bag on every fill. That removes bag cost from the machine's ongoing upkeep, though the bag itself still needs periodic emptying and an occasional shake-clean rather than a swap. The brush roll is a 4-bristle aluminum design, and carpet height is set with a 6-position adjustment knob so the same machine can move between low-pile commercial carpet and thicker runs without a tool.
