    Returns & Exchanges

    Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

    Return eligibility

    Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

    Shipping and refunds

    For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

    The Perfect P106 is a commercial bagless upright vacuum built around a 16 inch cleaning path and an 870 watt motor drawing 8.5 amps, sized for covering large carpeted areas quickly in offices, schools and hotels.

    Dirt collects in a see-through, extra-large-capacity dirt cup instead of a bag, so there is nothing to restock and a full cup is easy to spot at a glance. A 4-bristle aluminum brush roll agitates carpet fibers, and a 6-position knob sets the head for different carpet heights. The 50 ft heavy-duty 3-wire cord lets a crew clean a full hallway or an open floor without switching outlets partway through.

For daily commercial use, empty the dirt cup before it packs down, and check the brush roll and belt periodically, since a wide bagless upright like this earns its keep on volume of floor covered rather than on delicate handling. The see-through cup makes the emptying schedule easy to stay on top of, because the fill level is visible without opening anything up.
