Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The Perfect P108 is a 16-inch commercial upright vacuum built for daily cleaning in offices, hotels, and other high-traffic facilities. It belongs to Perfect's Quiet Series and is listed as CRI Certified, the Carpet and Rug Institute credential that some facility cleaning contracts ask a machine to carry.

Filtration runs through a HEPA H-10 media filter bag paired with an SMS-lined zipper cloth outer bag, giving the P108 a two-stage bag system rather than a single paper liner. A 4-bristle aluminum brush roll drives the 16-inch cleaning path, and a 6-position knob adjusts carpet height so the brush stays in contact across different pile heights without bottoming out.

The 50-foot cord means fewer outlet changes across a large room, and the two-bag arrangement is worth building into a maintenance routine. A loaded media bag chokes airflow long before the machine sounds any different, and the cloth outer bag needs shaking out along with a look at its zipper seam for tears. Check both before you conclude that a P108 which has lost suction has a mechanical problem, because a full bag and a split cloth bag account for most of the complaints we hear about commercial uprights.The P108 is built for cleaning crews and facilities running daily carpet maintenance rather than occasional household use.
