Returns & Exchanges

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Part CD7120 is the coiled power nozzle cord listed for the pre-2024 version of Perfect's BPAK-1 backpack electric kit. It is a black male and female pigtail cord in a coiled, spiral style, so it stretches out as the operator moves away from the backpack and draws itself back in rather than trailing loose underfoot. Perfect's own parts listing describes it plainly as the stretchable cord for the power nozzle.

Fitment here goes by generation rather than by the name printed on the kit. This is the older-style cord, listed for the pre-2024 BPAK-1, and Perfect revised that kit in 2024, so a backpack of the newer generation is outside what this listing covers. Nothing is published about how the two generations differ physically, so compare the cord and connector style on your own kit against this one instead of assuming from the name on the harness.

A coiled cord is a wear item in its own right. Once the coils have gone permanently slack and the cord drags along the floor instead of retracting, it has reached the end of its working life, and that is a cord problem rather than a fault anywhere else in the electric kit. Inspect both pigtail ends while you are at it, since a cord can look sound along its whole length while a loose or corroded contact at one end is what is actually cutting power to the nozzle.
