Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Perfect's power nozzle hood is also made in white, as part PPN1AW, for owners matching a lighter machine or simply replacing a cover that has yellowed or cracked with age.

The hood is the moulded upper shell clipping down over the brush-roll housing, sealing off the motor and wiring beneath it. Damage to it is almost always impact damage rather than a symptom of anything deeper, because the shell does very little structurally beyond enclosing that area, so fitting a fresh one is usually the whole repair rather than the first step of a larger one.
