Shipping Information

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The Perfect PP5 is a cordless backpack vacuum built to move through offices, theaters, and crowded floors without a cord to manage. A 48-volt battery powers it for 1+ hour per charge, and at 14.5 lbs it's light enough to wear through a full shift.

Filtration runs five layers deep: an H-10 inner paper bag, an SMS cloth bag, and a large HEPA exhaust filter, backed by 110+ inches of static lift. The hose stretches from 4 to 7 feet and swivels at both ends, with a 90-degree elbow cuff that rotates a full 360 degrees so it doesn't fight you while you work around furniture.

Controls are multi-function, with manual on/off at the unit or by remote and an airflow indicator to show suction status at a glance. A built-in heat sensor shuts the machine off within 10 seconds if the bag fills or airflow gets blocked, protecting the motor from running against a clog.
