We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This is the wand sheath for Electrolux Power Nozzle 4 and 5, part 62213 - the plastic outer housing that runs the length of the wand, covering the metal tube and the power lead feeding the nozzle. It is also listed for the Perfect power nozzle.
A sheath cracks along its length or splits at the ends, usually where it takes the leverage from a machine being dragged by the wand. Once it opens up, the cord inside is exposed to snagging, the assembly rattles as you push, and the whole wand feels loose in the hand rather than solid.
Route the wand and cord through the new sheath exactly as the original was laid out and secure both ends, checking that nothing binds or pinches before the machine goes back on power.
