We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Pine vacuum fragrance is a 1.6 oz oil-based refresher that adds a crisp, woodsy scent to each room as you vacuum. A few drops in the bag or dust bin release the aroma through the exhaust while the machine runs.

Tablets and granules tend to fade fast, but this oil-based formula holds a stronger, longer-lasting scent per application. The bottle includes a dropper top for easy dosing, and a little goes a long way across months of cleaning.
