Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This direct connect repair kit (Part #SH130DC-R01) supplies the replacement cord and cuff for white Plastiflex corded central vacuum hoses. It includes the 8-foot pigtail cord with its direct-connect plug and the hose cuff.

The pigtail cord at the wall end of a central vacuum hose takes repeated plugging and flexing until it frays or stops making a reliable connection. Replacing the cord and cuff restores a solid electrical connection without buying a whole new hose.
