Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This gray Plastiflex low voltage hose assembly (Part #XZ130138040BU) runs 40 feet and carries an on/off switch on the handle. It matches Plastiflex model 1126 and transfers suction between the central vacuum unit and your cleaning tools.
