The neck assembly is the pivoting joint that links the power nozzle to the vacuum wand, letting the head swivel side to side and recline so you can glide it under low furniture.
This is a universal replacement designed for the common PN11 (Silver 11) power nozzle. When the neck cracks, loosens, or no longer holds the head flat, steering becomes stiff or wobbly. A new neck assembly brings back full articulation and a tight, rattle-free connection.
