Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This steel pop rivet measures 1/8 inch across by 1/4 inch long and delivers extra holding strength for higher-stress vacuum repairs. Steel construction suits brackets, motor mounts, and structural panels that carry more load than aluminum can comfortably handle.
