Returns & Exchanges

For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This is a replacement power cord for Beam central vacuum power units, listed for the Beam SC375C, part 100346. It is also listed for Electrolux, Eureka, and Frigidaire central vacuum units.

Cord damage such as fraying, a cut, or a crack in the jacket creates a real risk of shock or fire, and a cord in that condition has no business staying plugged in. A cord that runs warm to the touch, or a unit that cuts in and out, both point to damage inside the cord rather than a loose plug. Either symptom means the cord should come out of service until it can be replaced, since intermittent power to a central vacuum motor is hard on the motor as well as unsafe.
