We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This is the geared-belt brush roll for the Titan PB11 power nozzle, part BRUSHROLL9. Geared-belt nozzles drive the roll through a toothed belt rather than by friction, so the roll has to match the drive - a flat-belt agitator will not engage it.
The same roll fits the Eureka and Sanitaire SC7100A and the Oreck U2000R-1 and U2000RB2L-1. Once bristles wear down, the nozzle stops lifting anything out of the pile: carpet looks flattened rather than groomed after a pass, and surface litter gets pushed along ahead of the head instead of picked up.
Strip the hair and thread off the old roll before anything comes apart. How much comes off tells you whether the end bearings have been running dry, which is worth knowing before the new roll goes in.
