Shipping Information

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This replacement power nozzle motor drives the brush roll inside the Beam Rug Master Plus cleaning head, model 8508. Separate from the central unit's suction motor, it turns the brush roll that agitates carpet as you clean.

When this motor fails, the brush roll stops spinning even though the central vacuum keeps pulling air, so carpet agitation disappears. Warning signs include a stalled brush roll, a burning smell from the nozzle, or grinding noises during use. A sound motor restores full agitation.
