We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Central vacuum power nozzles have their own motor, separate from the suction unit, and its only job is spinning the brush roll. Part 155263 is that motor for the Electrolux Q Series nozzles.

Because the suction comes from elsewhere, a dying nozzle motor produces a very specific complaint: airflow is unchanged, but the roll slows, stops, or cuts in and out as you clean. You may also get a hot electrical smell at the head, a rising whine, or heavier vibration through the wand.

This is a mains-powered motor mounted inside the nozzle housing, with its wiring running back through the wand, so it is a job worth handing to a technician unless you are confident with the connections. Confirm you have a Q Series nozzle before ordering, since power nozzle motors are not interchangeable between families.
