Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Model PS460-W22-UC is a 20 inch walk-behind automatic scrubber in the brush-assist configuration, supplied as a complete machine with charger, lead acid batteries, pad driver, a red pad and a light grit brush.

Brush assist means the rotation of the deck helps pull the scrubber forward, so the operator steers it rather than pushing it. Across long runs of hard floor on a 20 inch machine, that is the difference between a shift finished at pace and one that slows down after the first hour.
