Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This replacement Shark pre-motor foam filter (Part #F695) fits the Shark Vertex DuoClean models AZ2000, AZ2000W, and AZ2002. It sits ahead of the motor, catching fine dust before it reaches the motor and wears it down.

Foam pre-filters compress and tear as they age, and a flattened one lets debris slip past while airflow drops. When the foam no longer springs back after a rinse, suction fades and the motor loses its front-line protection. A fresh pair restores both.
