We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. The DC07 keeps a pre-motor filter under its cyclone, and F972 replaces it across the range: the standard machine plus the Animal, Low Reach and Full Gear versions.

These vacuums are old enough now that plenty of them are still running their original filter, and it shows. A DC07 with a clogged pre-motor filter gets hot to the touch around the cyclone, loses pull steadily through a job, and in the worst case shuts itself down partway across a room.

The filter lifts straight out of its cavity once the bin is off. Fitting a clean one is the cheapest thing you can do for a DC07's motor, which is the part that suffers when the air stops moving. Check the badge on your machine to confirm which DC07 you have.
