Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. One filter covers three of Hoover's bagless uprights: part AH44010 is the pre-motor filter for the Power Drive Pet (UH74110M, UH74110A, UH74100M), the Pro Pet Swivel (UH74210M, UH74215M) and the Pet Max Complete (UH74200M, UH74220PC).

On a pet machine this filter works harder than most. Hair and fine dander go straight past the cyclone and land on the media, where it packs down into a felt that air will not pass through. The vacuum still sounds powerful, because the motor is unloaded when nothing is moving through it, but the nozzle stops lifting hair from carpet and the dirt cup fills more slowly than it used to.

It sits behind the dirt cup and lifts out without tools. Tap it out between changes if you like, but once the media has greyed all the way through, tapping does nothing and it wants replacing.
