Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. The Dyson DC17 pre-filter assembly is a replacement pre-motor filter for the DC17 upright in Animal, Multi-Floor, and Asthma and Allergy trims. It mounts ahead of the motor, catching the fine dust that clears the cyclone stage before that air passes through the motor.

A pre-filter loaded with dust restricts airflow, raising motor temperature and cutting suction, and can eventually trip the thermal shutoff. Fitting a clean assembly protects the motor and brings back strong, steady pickup.
