Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This is the four-row roller brush assembly for Bissell ProHeat upright carpet cleaners, part 2101157, also carried as 2101174. It arrives complete with end caps, axle and pivot arms, so the whole rotating assembly comes out and goes back in as one unit.

Four rows of bristles is what gives a ProHeat its scrubbing action, and it is also what wears. As the rows shorten and splay the machine starts wetting carpet more than cleaning it, and marks that used to lift in one pass need three. Worn pivot arms let the roll sit at the wrong height, which makes the wear uneven and noisy into the bargain.

It fits the ProHeat 1692, 1693, 1694, 1694V, 1694W, 1697, 1698, 1698-1, 8804, 8804M, 8806, 8806-1 and 8904. One brush roll per package.
