Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. The ProTeam 1-1/2 inch two-piece backpack attachment wand (Part #101338, also #14-1904-66) is a replacement wand for the ProTeam 1912. Its two sections join to extend your reach and carry attachments during backpack cleaning.

Small wand parts such as buttons, springs, and clips wear over time, and a worn joint leads to loose connections or a wand that will not hold its length. A wand that separates under load interrupts cleaning. A fresh two-piece wand restores a tight, dependable fit between sections and tools.
