Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. The ProTeam aluminum handle tube (Part #842345) is a genuine OEM part for the ProTeam ProGen 12 and ProGen 15 uprights and arrives with the wiring harness included. The tube forms the backbone of the handle and routes the harness up from the body to the controls.

A bent tube or a chafed harness makes the machine hard to steer and can interrupt power to the switch or handle controls. Fitting a fresh tube and harness restores rigid support and a clean electrical run.
