Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This genuine OEM ProTeam carbon brush set (part #100424) is a two-pack for the Ametek motor used in Sierra and related backpack vacuums. Carbon brushes carry current to the motor's spinning armature.

Carbon brushes wear down with normal use, and once they run short the motor sparks, runs intermittently, or loses suction. Replacing worn brushes early keeps the commutator clean and can extend the motor's life. A fresh set restores steady current and full motor power.
