    Return eligibility

    Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

    For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

    Part 103947 is the exhaust filter listed for the ProTeam CX420 backpack vacuum, and it is supplied as a four-piece kit rather than as a single loose element. Exhaust filtration is the last stage of the CX420's airflow path, catching the fine dust that makes it past the earlier filtration stages before the exhaust air leaves the machine.

    Because 103947 comes as a set, one order covers the pieces the kit contains instead of leaving you to work out which individual element to buy. Exhaust media loads up gradually rather than failing outright, and as it does, airflow falls and more fine particulate gets through, so replacing it is the thorough fix once a CX420 has lost performance and the bag is not the cause.
