Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This genuine OEM ProTeam foot pedal (Part #835676) is the 15-inch handle-release pedal for the ProTeam ProGen 12 and ProGen 15 upright vacuums. Stepping on the pedal unlocks the handle so you can recline the machine from upright storage into the cleaning position.

When the pedal cracks or the return spring weakens, the handle can stick upright or fail to latch, making the vacuum awkward to steer and store. A sound pedal restores the positive click that holds the handle where you set it.
