Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. The Linevacer HEPA filter with cap (part #104274PT) is a replacement filter for the ProTeam Linevacer backpack vacuum, model 2320. It seats inside the filtration chamber and traps fine dust and allergens before the air reaches the motor and leaves through the exhaust.

As a HEPA filter loads with packed dust, airflow falls, suction weakens, and the motor runs hotter as it fights the restriction. A dirty or damaged filter can also release fine particles back into the room. Fitting a clean replacement brings back full airflow and clean exhaust.
