Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.
Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Complete 120-volt motor assembly for the ProTeam Super HalfVac Pro, the 6-quart hip-style machine, sold as part 510213.
Motors give warning before they quit. Suction fades over weeks rather than overnight, the pitch of the machine climbs as the bearings dry out, and eventually there is the smell of hot windings that says the end is near. At that point replacing the motor usually makes more sense than replacing the machine built around it.
This comes as a complete assembly rather than a bare motor, so fitting is a matter of transferring the wiring correctly. It is mains-voltage work and worth handing to a qualified technician if vacuum electrics are not your ground. Confirm your machine is a Super HalfVac Pro before ordering, since motor assemblies are not interchangeable across the ProTeam range.
